First EyeG Project meeting in Gondomar
Is taking place in Gondomar the first Transnational Meeting under the Green Sports Games Project (with the acronym eyeG), of which the União de Freguesias de Gondomar (São Cosme), Valbom e Jovim is the coordinating entity.
Approved under the Erasmus + Sports Program, the eyeG Project focuses on sports and started earlier this year, extending until the end of June 2021. During the two days that this first meeting takes place (28th and 29th of january), the partners involved in the project – Bulgaria, Slovenia, Turkey and Italy – will discuss and get to know the various aspects related to eyeG, which will be presented by the coordinating entity of the project, in this case the União de Freguesias de Gondomar (São Cosme), Valbom e Jovim, by the technicians Cátia Sousa, João Constâncio and Catarina Madureira.
This is a project that offers training and a set of practical activities to local actors in partner countries, allowing them to play a leading role in “green” sport activities, increasing environmental awareness among the local community.
