Zavod za šport Slovenske Konjice is local public institute, founded by Municipality of Slovenske Konjice in 1993. In 26 years of its existence many ideas were developed, investments granted and built, sport was generally developing, connecting people and supported local community in many positive ways.
Main activities and obligations of our institute are implementation of the national and local sports program, management, regulation and maintenance of sports facilities, sports fields and children’s playgrounds owned by the Municipality of Slovenske Konjice and administrative, professional, organizational, technical works in the field of sport.
In local community, many sports are present. There are over 40 active sport clubs.
